Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
To the river and back via glover, with a great view of key bridge and the parkway. I certainly felt yesterday's workout, but remained strong throughout the run. I had a doctor's appointment and knew I would be cutting it close for arriving at 3:45; I had already made them wait for me, but they still stayed--good teammates. 15 minutes of Peter Silverman when we came back: lunges, flutter kicks, calf raises, other leg lifts, squats, so-called "elephant walks" and a few other things.
