wanted to lay off low bar squats cuz of the irritation in my glutes/low back on the left side.  did some reps w/ 185 front squat. then actually 155, and low bar 155 speed. 185 front squat felt pretty tough.  I just left after that cuz there were too many people and i didn't prepare and i didnt really feel it
