I just keep freakin getting stronger

Today was great. I really needed today. All week I felt subpar and lackluster. I thought I was losing it. I decided to stim up and prep the way i usually do. to prove to myself that I still have it in me. I didnt even know waht I wanted to do. it was between a full upper or a deadlift session. but I decided it was best for my lower back health to skip full deadlifts this week. So i decided to do rack pulls.

135/225 warm ups felt nice and easy. 315 no problem either for 5 reps. ramped up right away to 365, pulled 5 times. actually really easy. first rep i miss-grooved center of gravity and couldnt get it up but then i yanked it 5 times really easily. then i think i did 3 reps w/ 385. no prob. 405lbs next. pulled it 5 times? easy dude. easy. then 425lbs. 5 times easy. finally, i decided to go big and loaded 455lbs. pulled that shit 10 fucking times and held it in my grip. EAF. Easy As Fuck. I remember the first time i did rack pulls maybe 2 months ago. pulling 405lbs was a humbling experience. i pulled it twice, my whole body was trembling and i couldnt get a 3rd rep. today, 10 reps w/ 455lbs and it wasn't even that challnegineg.


then did some 3-4x10 w/ 225lbs rows.
