5x1000 Intervals with Matt at Chelmsford

Weather: 40ish and a little brisk

Comments:
Up at 6:20 and out the door at 6:40. First Interval workout of the base. Matt and I headed up to Chelmsford on their beautiful new track. As we got there, John Rheume comes running in from his house 4 miles away. Turned out to be an awesome morning.

5x1000m at I pace which I put somewhere around 3:30. I was right.

3:31, 3:30, 3:29, 3:27, 3:28.

I was aiming to have rest be equal, ended up being 600m jog in about 3:20.

Couldn't be happier with this week. Let's hope the next 17 go this way.
