3x5 squat (135 lbs, 135 lbs, 145 lbs)
8+8+6 rows 45 lbs each side
3x5 SL deadlift 115 lbs
13+8+8 parallel pullups
15 chin dips

I would have done two more sets of chin dips, which are WAY more enjoyable than dips, but we got locked out of the locker room and had to run upstairs to get our stuff before it was too late.
