Comments:
At Baylands park with Mike, Aaron and Jon. Target pace was 5:55 (Aaron's half pace) and I was feeling good and did the first 2M in 5:50 and 5:51. I jogged really slow after 2M so they could catch up. Overall, I felt really good and I slowed down twice so they could catch up probably costing me 20-25 seconds.
