Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
run with pat on ridge 7 then did a little extra. did a dynamic and active stretching thing that pat found and thought it helped. i am still stiff from soccer on sunday but the run helped loosen me up a bit. I also swam 250 yards before i went on the run so that was about 8 minutes of aerobic.
