So today was chill, the lake is pretty much my backyard so I ran to the lake and ran along the shore. I took it easy today around 7:30 pace...yea pretty slow but again I need to be careful and take this first two weeks into consideration then I can pick up the pace and keep it going. Legs felt fine, upper body was fine, just a bit thirsty since the sun was actually out today. Everything was chill. Oh and today was this week's first workout day so I did everything I do as usual, push ups, ab workout, worked on the biceps, triceps, latissimus dorsi, massaged my feet, did some dorsi flex work to keep my shins strong, and did some knee exercises to keep my knees healthy.
