Pretty brutal. The workout was 3x(1200+400) with one minute rest between the 12 and 4 and 4 minutes rest between sets. I only did three because I was pretty tired and also because I have a worrying tender spot below my right knee. It isn't that bad, but I've never had a tender spot that high on my leg so I'm gonna cut my mileage to almost zero this week, doing elliptical stuff instead. Hopefully this won't keep me from racing in our first meet in early December.
