cutdown tempo thing. supposed to be 5:45/5:30/5:15
ran the first half in 3:00, then the mile in 5:49, second mile in 5:30, and finished the last one in 5:08. felt really smooth in the last mile. jogged over to wade oval and did 4x400, untimed. worked the last straight. ample rest between. back to veale. stretch. met with coach to discuss plans for the weekend.
