Tempo Run

Comments:
Today I ran my tempo run and it felt so good to run hard! My goal was to keep a 6.30 pace but I did not do this so well (I did push it my hardest), I ran down hill for the first 2 miles and then down hill for the next 2. my mile splits were 6.37, 6.50, 7.27, 7.14. I ran a for a total of 30 min so I ended up running the whole thing for about 4 miles and 500m. It felt so good to be breathing hard! 9 min of core and 3x30 leg lifts, arm swings.
