Comments:
I felt good on the free run, with no pains or problems. Day's Diet: breakfast= ham, cheese, and chicken sandwich with hot chocolate milk lunch= a banana during the school day snack= after practice I had a cheese sandwich dinner= rice with spinach and chicken Later that night I had hot chocolate milk with bread
I went to sleep at 10:30. After our free run we had short strides and core work.
