Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Today's diet: breakfast= ham, cheese, chicken sandwich with chocolate milk lunch= a banana and a cheese sandwich during school dinner= rice with spinach and salmon
Had another 45 minute free run. Everything feels okay, no soreness or pains. After free run we had core workouts, which I need to practice since I am not very good at them.
