Forty minute run

Comments:
Free run. For my diet: breakfast= chocolate milk a ham sandwich lunch= two slices of pizza with ensure
dinner= rice with spinach and chicken. I ran two hours after dinner at 4:34-5:14. The run itself felt good,I had no pains. At 7:30 I had a ham and cheese sandwich with a banana. The last thing I had was hot chocolate milk later in the night and I went to sleep at 11:00.
