Comments:
Night run at 6:00 because the sun sets so early. I ran "4" miles with Matthew which turned out to be a little over 5. It was nice to run with someone again since I haven't done that in a month or so.
Lifted with Ana after.
3x10 incline press (25s) with DB bicep curls (15)
3x10 bench press (25s)
3x10 decline cables (45s) with bar curls (8x45s)
