Strong Workout

Comments:
Did one of my favorite fitness-gauging workouts this morning at the RPAC. 2 x .5/1/2 w/ a 5 minute break in between sets. .5 at 10k pace, 1 at half pace, and two at marathon pace. First set on the treadmill so that I hit the paces I wanted. Second set on the indoor track and ended up being faster. Felt like quitting after 1 mile of the marathon pace stuff in the second set, but really buckled down and tore through the last mile way faster than planned. Excellent workout.
