Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Felt good in the workout. First was 10 hills focused on power and mechanics then I had a 3o minute free run. No pains or aches.
Breakfast= ham/cheese/chicken sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= sandwich with orange juice and later a banana
dinner= rice with spinach and salmon along with a salad
Later on I had more bread.
Went to bed at 11:00 and woke up at 6:00
