Comments:
Breakfast= ham/cheese/chicken sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= JV hot bagel of egg and cheese with strawberry chocolate milk
Dinner=rice with gravy and chicken
Had a banana and bread later in the night along with one more glass of chocolate milk
For the workout I ran a total of 47 minutes. During the workout my right knee felt a little achy but by the time I came home it was back to normal. About 20 minutes in I felt a little cramp but it subsided. Went to bed at 11:00 and woke up about 6:00 or 6:05.
