Comments:
again with wyatt this morning. but tony chippy and galen came too.
ran two miles tempo on the michigan loop. felt very relaxed. part of the loop was pretty windy, but good overall. then an 800 @ 2:25, 2x400 @ 67, and 2x200 accelerations.
back to veale for a nice stretch, roll, and icebath.
