40 minute run

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Breakfast= ham and chicken sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= sandwich with beef and cheese
Dinner= rice with corn and chicken, orange juice
I had a strawberry smoothie along with bread later on in the night.
The workout was good, first we had 4 sets of 5 squats. I worked with Pratico and lifted a weight of 115. After that I went for a 40 minute, and I barely felt any pain from my knee, which started hurting a little yesterday.
Went to bed at 10:30 and woke up at 7:00.
