Long Run

Exercise Type: Run

8am start, and a good start to the day it was. Started out slower (around 7:15 pace) and got faster as the run went on. Last 4 miles were under marathon race pace. The legs were tired in the last miles but finished very nicely. A boring run overall, but a very positive result.
