40 minute run

Comments:
Went for a 40 minute free run on grass. No pains, I felt pretty good.
Breakfast= chocolate milk and a bagel with butter
No lunch
Dinner= rice with vegetables and ketchup
Later in the night I had bread, chocolate milk, and a banana.
Went to bed at 12:17, and I woke up at 9:05.
