finally back. deloaded squat weight 10% down to 225, changed rep range to 5. did 5x5 w/ 225, real easy, back felt great.  100lb hamstring curls for 4x12, dropset to like 80 5th set. 
back in the squat rack, 2x8 w/ 205lbs, closer stance w/ feet facing out. felt so good.
front squat 2x10 w/ 135, so good.
