"The Don"

Dismissed at 1500, called back for formation and safety brief at 1700, then had some weapons familiarization until about 1800. For some reason I still wanted to go to Crossfit. Showed up, took my acu top off, looked at the board and saw "The Don". Tyler and Andrew were done and Gina was about 1/3 of the way through. I said "Do I have time to give it a shot?" and Homar said I had 45:00 lol. So off I went!

Almost puked numerous times. That was tough. RIP Don.
