Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Breakfast= ham/cheese/chicken sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= a banana and some bread
Dinner= rice with corn and peas with salmon
Later in the night I had a banana.
The workout in the weight room was good. Had to do a 45 minute run afterwards and I felt no pains. Went to bed at 10:30 and woke up at 6:00.
