Weather: upper 30s, light hi her clouds
Comments:
easy run with the boys up to the falls and then some, got a lift;e off track but it was fun. decided based on past training that going by minutes and not trying to keep track of milage or pace is my ideal training plan. it should keep me honest to pace and let me actually recover, or run harder when my body actually feels like it. especially this early in trying to get back into shape, it's going to take a lot of self control, and i feel like just going with the flow until i start actually feeling good is the way to go
