Comments:
Breakfast= chocolate milk with ham/cheese/chicken sandwich
Lunch= a banana
Dinner= chicken with rice and peas and corn
Had another banana and some more chocolate milk later in the night
Workout was in FDR, I did 5 miles in 34 minutes. I feel good after the workout.
Went to bed at 11:40 and woke up at 7:30
