lowered the safety pins to the 3rd level on the power rack. this seems to have made everything much harder. did sets of 5 up from 135, 225, 315, then 405 felt harder than it shoulda. 455 was damn near impossible. 10 reps was out of the question. i was struggling just to hit triples. did 2x3 w/ 455 had to back down to 405 for 8. held 405 in hand for like 10 seconds, obliques almost gave out. damn,
