had a special thing today at like noon. so i was already in the right mental state. stacked it w/ Hemo Rage and finished the last of Craze :(

i had so much fun today. 8x3 squats with 225, took only a minute rest between sets and alternated between low bar and high bar each set. hit all 8 sets real easy.

decided to do some incline bench. i think i actually slightly irritated my left pec from rack pulls, so they felt more sore than the right. 3x8 easy w/ 135, then like i somehow misgrooved it on rep 4 next set and racked it. but power was great today, focus/intensity 110%.

3x10 tbar w/ 3 plates, last set drop set. it felt heavy but my reps were extremely forceful. plates bounced everytime.

3x10 front squats w/ elevated heels at 135, just for the fun of it

crashed like a mofo afterwards
