Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Breakfast= ham/cheese/chicken sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= peanut butter and jelly sandwich with fruit juice
Dinner= rice with peas and corn, and chicken
Later I had bread and chocolate milk.
For the workout I had a 30 minute run. I felt no pains during the run. In the weight room we had lunges with dumbbells and push-ups with a pause at the top. Went to sleep at 12:00 and woke up at 8:30.
