Comments:
Raced an 8k road race today. My legs were pretty sore to begin with. The first three miles were pretty rough and I could tell I wasn't in racing shape after only two runs back from break. The last 1.5 miles were ok but still didnt feel strong. Regardless I ran 29:51 for a PR
