Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran a fartlek on treadmill at gym. 2.5 miles easy in about 14:15. Then did the following:
800 in 3:00
Then 10x400 continuous 400 on 400 off. Started around 1:28 pace and worked down to :75. 7:08-7:13 pace on offs. Then about a 1/2 mile down for 8.
Pretty good workout and pushed hard on the last few.
Weights later with a few athletes on team.
