Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Breakfast= ham/cheese/chicken sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= Jamaican beef patty
Dinner= rice, chicken, macaroni and cheese, zeti, and some salad
Had some two oranges, a slice of bread, and hot chocolate milk throughout the course of the day.
Warrior workout was very hard and draining. No lasting pains after the workout.
Went to bed at 11:30 and woke up at 7:00.
