Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Breakfast= ham/cheese/chicken sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= Nothing
Dinner= Zeti, rice and peas, chicken, macaroni and cheese, fish, and stuffing
Also had chocolate milk, yogurt, and bread as snacks throughout the day.
My body was sore (mostly the legs and the arms a little) from the Warrior workout, but the soreness wasn't dire pain. Had a 40 minute run with no problems. Went to bed at 12:00 and woke up at 8:00.
