Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
very easy weights. Mostly leg lifts, arm curls more with left arm. overhead lifts and inner and outer leg work. about 25 minutes. Had to go very easy because of my injuries. Still unable to do much with the arms esp on the right side. No crunches at all.
