I don't know if it is the not running much the last few days or the 6 hours in the car yesterday but my legs were not happy this morning. To the lake with Matthew again. Also to the gym to lift with Ana. My knee was sore when I ran to the gym so I'm not sure if I'll run tomorrow. I might just lift.
