Dat monday afternoon weight room rush hour.
I deided my rep/set scheme from now on is to do 5x5 but working up to 3 heaviest sets at the same weight. Same with deadlifts when I can do those again.
So i did 5 w/ 185, 5 w/ 205 then 3x5 w/ 230lbs. All sets without belts. Felt nice and powerful on these. but lower back/glute tie in area still felt irritated. I think squeezing the glutes during the ROM will help.
hamstring curls. not completely sure how much weight that was but did 5x15, dropset 15.
more squats. 3x8 w/ 205, joints werent too happy but felt fine.
