Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Breakfast= bread with cornbeef and chocolate milk
Lunch= Zeti
Dinner= rice with peas, chicken, turkey, and macaroni
Also had yogurt and more bread as snacks throughout the day.
The workout felt okay. Near the end of it I felt a cramp at my lower right side. The soreness of the warrior workout was gone except for one spot at my right leg. Whenever I walked, it looked as if I was limping. However, when I run, I do not feel it at all.
Went to bed at 12:00 and woke up at 5:45. Right now in the morning I do not feel sore at all.
