Push day, took preworkout to make it less dreaded.
3x8 w/ 175, actually felt much lighter this time. next set got like 5 on my own and then i had to rack it at the first level, couldn't complete the rep and Emil wasn't paying attention while spotting.  I don't have u spot me so u can fall asleep bro!
seated chest press. 2 plates, 3x10, my left rotator cuff didn't like it.
laterals. 3x10 w/ 40lbs, right wrist still kind of hurts. getting better though. then a set of like 10-15 w/ 30lbs.  
skullcrushers. 3x10 w/ 60lbs. 
triceps real sore right now.
