Comments:
Breakfast= cornbeef sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= nothing
Dinner= zeti, rice, currygoat, turkey
Also had a banana and a ham and cheese sandwich.
Felt no soreness at all during any time today. For the workout, I felt as if I went out to fast and my times were 6:32, 6:28, 6:47, 6:53, and 7:00. Went to bed at 12:00 and woke up at 5:30.
