Comments:
It felt like summer out there today compared to the types of temps we've had lately. Almost 60 and misty...crazy. Thoroughly enjoyed it as much colder weather is just around the corner. After a warm-up mile I alternated 1-minute pickups with 75 seconds of easy running. The pickups were usually at about 5K race pace.
