225lb rows felt like shit today dude! first set 12 reps that was like failure. next 3 sets was 10 reps, then dropped to 135 for like 10. damn
pullups felt way worse. overhand grip only got like 7 reps, just didnt have it in me. 2 more sets of like 8 w/ neutral grip.
then a few sets of tbar rows. used 6x25lb plates and a dime. put a dumbbell at the other end of the barbell cuz when i lifted it it like flew off the ground lol
3x10 25lb curls was sum shit
