Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Breakfast= ham and cheese sandwich with chocolate milk.
Lunch= nothing
Dinner= zeti, potatoes, barbecue chicken, rice
I had a banana, another sandwich, and a brownie. Went to sleep at 11:00 and woke up at 5:35.
Workout had short hill sprints with a long run loop afterwards. I did 1.5 loops. Felt pretty good in the runs.
