When I woke up this morning I wasn't going to run today - I had some aching in my lower left leg and I was going to give it a rest...but I still packed my gym bag just in case. It ended up feeling better by lunchtime so I went and ran around the indoor track at my gym. The felt fine - did 3 miles at an easy-ish pace (~7:15) and then finished up with a quick mile (6:15).
