Middistance workout

At first I was scared about this workout, just because i wasn't sure if I could hit the times. The 800s were a struggle for me because I get scared of the 800. Isn't that silly? An 800 runner afraid of the 800. Well anyway, I was on pace for the first 400 for most of them. Last year we did a similar workout with coach g around this time and I remember hitting 3:20-3:30. So although I didn't hit the time you wanted me to, I feel pretty good about them. I feel good about the 400s. I went to the weight room and got everything in before class. I already feel sore.
