Comments:
Breakfast= ham and cheese sandwich with chocolate milk
Lunch= Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich
Dinner= rice, zeti, turkey, fish
Had a bottle of water and a banana.
For the workout, I ran for 41 minutes with 1 minute surges. I felt good today, and I did a lot better today than when we first did this workout; I was able to stay with my group this time. Going to bed at 12:15.
