Comments:
10 mile uphill Aerobic Threshold, honestly only hard part were the hills and my ninth mile, which was pitifully slow but I pulled it back together
spent the rest of the night in the bathroom & throwing up until around 1 am. Could be related to the workout, or an overnight stomach virus? but overall probably the sickest I’ve been in years
69 min for the full 10 miles. hoping to crush that next time now that I know the course and how it feels
