Tried to hexbar deadlift to take pressure off the low back. but it turns out it seems to be more of a glute issue than lower back. 315lbs wasnt even that heavy but it hurt like a bitch. left glute almost gave out.
tbar rowed w/ 175lbs, 7x25lb plates then actually added another 10 so 185lbs for like 3x10.  
Incline benched like 3x8 135. failed last rep. left tricep weakness definitely showed.  
3 plate row for 3x10.
sucks that i can't deadlift for awhile. my goal of deadlifting 500lbs will have to be put on hold for awhile.  meanwhile i seem to still be able to low bar squat.
meanwhile, I plan to cycle off of preworkout for about a month, until i get back to school next semester. took 3 servings of preworkout today and didnt feel shit. that means its time to take a break, give my adrenal glands a real nice long rest.  its gonna suck for the next month but ill just have to sack up and go lift without a stimulant boost.
