Comments:
Ran well, felt strong through 3/4ths of the 2 mile. I think it was cardio that held me back, plus I had too much caffeine and too little sleep leading up. Overall, very satisfied with my performance given the circumstances. I could have won the mile if I was in it, but that makes me all the more hungry to run it come January! Ran 4 miles around the armory at 6:30 pace between the 2 mile and 4x400
