Thought I was good to squat, just not deadlifting. But it turns out its more of a glute problem where any movement involving hip extension will hurt. So although i did work up to 3x5 w/ 235lb squat, the warmup sets hurt the most and it hurt less for the working sets but i think i need to stop squatting for a few weeks. hamstring curls. lots of rest though since Woody needed spotting for lots of dropsets. 105lbs for like 5x10-12
some calves
